REQUESTING PROPOSALS

Duncan Unified School District is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for a construction project at Duncan High School involving a reinforced concrete retaining wall and replacement of two stairways.

We are requesting a completion date of 7/17/26.

The project includes a required base bid for construction and an additive alternate for demolition, which may be performed by the District.

A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required to verify field conditions, including elevations, drainage, and dimensions.
